Envolve Entrepreneurship (ENV) is a non-profit organisation under Libra Philanthropies, established in 2012, on a mission to empower the teams building the solutions of tomorrow through upskilling, founders’ support, business innovation services and extroversion programmes. In 14 years of operation, ENV has engaged more than 41,500 entrepreneurs, trained 5,200+ students and teachers, upskilled 1,700+ people, and supported a startup portfolio exceeding EUR 1.2 billion in valuation, contributing to €6.2M+ in startup funding and the creation of 2,200+ jobs.

To further support and promote innovation, ENV leads and participates in >30 EU-funded innovation projects (Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, COSME, Erasmus+, Interreg, EIT) in partnership with over 400 organisations, including SMEs, startups, innovation agencies, universities and research centres. Within these projects, ENV leads Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC), Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP), business support services and programmes, technology transfer and training schemes, and pilot design and management. ENV is also an experienced proposal writer, with bids securing top evaluation scores of 15/15 and winning funding in highly competitive calls. Its work spans the full innovation value chain – from training and upskilling to business support, exploitation and policy engagement – and its sectoral expertise covers deep tech and digital transformation, AI, data and emerging technologies, the digital enablers underpinning today’s commercial space solutions.
